Hotel Carlton - Bilbao

Consider asking for a room away from the social areas to enjoy peaceful mornings, as music can start early outside the rooms.

Simply perfect location with private parking on site. Located 5 min walk away from Indautxu metro station...

Fantastic value for money and exactly what I needed. The hotel was exceptional and clean inside, I enjoyed it. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The setting was the best here and the staff were extraordinary service-minded people at the reception desk. There were main shopping street and a shopping street around the venue. Moyua metro station was 5 min away.

Central Location, Beautiful Views of the Plaza, Elegant Dining Options

Check-in could use a speed boost!!! A bar in such a fine lobby should not feel remote and uninviting!!! The limited hours for food services need revisiting!!!

Rooms are clean but on the level of 1962, very good hearing, you can hear all the noises from the neighbour - reception is unemotional, no question e.g. " were you satisfied " ? No help with suitcase ... no help with room... 5 star hotel?? Who gave these away?? Room and bathroom (No. 410 and 415) have never been renovated. Wallpaper strips are clearly visible - everything is like 1962 !

Very comfortable bed, very clean. A bit noisy. Excellent location. We didn't eat in the hotel, so we can't say anything about it.

The Hotel was impressive on almost all fronts. Service excellent and rooms were particularly luxurious. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The mini bar and food prices were very excessive.

The room temperature could not be regulated, therefore very warm, especially for sleeping. But the other, very nice rooms in the hotel were relatively cold. Very few seats in the bar, so that we, unfortunately, could not visit them in one evening.

Good central location and pleasant hotel; slight air of faded grandeur but has all the necessary facilities and was a good place to spend the night before catching the ferry home.

The relaxation options like the steam room and public bath. One little hiccup was the parking situation, as it's best to reserve a spot ahead of time, but overall, we can't wait to come back 😊

Its the best Hotel in Bilbao; We have stayed there at least twice a year and in total on more than 15 occasions in the last few years. The Hotel is excellent and the location cannot be bettered.
